AliveSpace (alivespace.org and the iOS and Android apps) is a platform for online events, run by VADMAX SP Z O O. By using it or joining an event as a guest you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexually explicit material, violence, spam and scams, other people's personal data without consent, copyright infringement and anything illegal are not allowed.
This covers chat, questions, direct messages, names, profile photos, video, audio and screen sharing. People who break these rules are blocked without warning.
Reporting and blocking
The menu of a message, a direct conversation and the participant list have "Report" and "Block". Reports go to the event moderators and the AliveSpace team. We review reports within 24 hours: we remove the content and block the author when it breaks these terms.
A person you blocked cannot message you and you do not see their messages; you can unblock them in your profile. You can also write to [email protected].
Event organizers
The organizer is responsible for their event and moderates it: they can mute a microphone, remove a message or remove a participant. The organizer sees the participants and messages of their event.
Your account
You sign in with a code from an email or as a guest through a link. You are responsible for what you post. You can delete your account in your profile ("Delete account"). We can limit or remove an account that breaks these terms.
Age
The platform is not meant for children under 13 without a parent or the organizer.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but cannot promise it never stops. We are not responsible for what participants post, but we remove violations we learn about.
Changes
We announce significant changes on the site. The current version is always here.
